Holiday homes at our park can only be used for holiday purposes. This means your holiday home may not be your main residence. The park doesn't allow owners to sub let their holiday home, however family and friends are always welcome.

There is no limit as to how many holidays you can  have. You can visit as often as you like during the open season - weekends, weeks or longer periods. Our open season is 12th February to 11th January each year

Yes, along with your annual pitch rental, each holiday home is fitted with a meter for your Gas & Electricity, the park will bill you monthly for your usage. You are also required to insure your own holiday home, and have an annual Gas inspection & 2 yearly electrical inspection carried out.

Water, Free WI-FI for browsing, weekly refuse & recycling collections, ground maintenance, sewerage disposal & private parking next to your holiday home.

We do not have any on-site facilities, however we do have a recreational area, and 20 acres of lush open fields.

Yes, we are a pet friendly site, and welcome your furry friends to enjoy your holiday home with you. We even have stables for those who would like to bring there horse on holiday!
